Meet the team

Joe has over 17 years’ experience in the share registration industry, having joined Computershare in 1998. Joe has recently been promoted to Client Services Director, having previously held the position of Senior Manager of the Corporate Actions and Dividends teams, a position held since 2001. Joe is Computershare’s Irish representative on various working groups focusing on best practice within the industry, EU harmonisation and dematerialisation. Such groups include the Irish Market Advisory Committee, the Irish Central Bank National User Group and the Irish Market Implementation Forum. Joe has been responsible for a number of high profile corporate actions and the set-up of our international cross-listing clients.

With over 22 years’ experience in the share registration industry, Anita has been with Computershare since the very start of her career. Anita currently manages a portfolio of prestigious clients - including three FTSE350 clients and has supported a number of our high profile clients into IPO gaining significant expertise in this area. Anita plays an integral role in managing the relationships with Clients and has built a reputation for excellent service delivery. Anita holds the ICSA Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice, as well as a Certificate in Business Studies.

With over 16 years’ experience in the share registration industry, Michelle has held several managerial roles within Shareholder Services before taking on the role as Senior Client Manager. Michelle has worked on several high profile corporate actions and currently manages a portfolio of prestigious clients overseeing service delivery. This can vary from guiding clients through their Initial Public Offering, the management of their share register (including the payment of dividends, voting and registration management for their AGM) to very complex corporate transactions.
