CEO Issuer Services, North America
As CEO of Issuer Services North America, Ann Bowering is responsible for the leadership, growth and day to day management of the Issuer Services business. Before joining Computershare in 2019, Ann was the Managing Director and CEO of NSX Limited. While there, Ann led the execution of an essential, and very significant restructure of the operations, people and culture, and strategy of the company. Ann has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets. Her expertise in the development and operation of licenced and regulated financial markets stems from her time as a director and CFO of the derivatives exchange Financial & Energy Exchange Limited. She also held senior positions at Lucsan Capital and KPMG, where her roles covered the specialisations of Capital Markets Advisory, Risk Management, and Assurance.Wouter Beerman

Wouter is a senior leader with 35 years of B2B and B2C experience accumulated within the financial services, investment securities and wealth management industries. His experience is focused in strategic planning, business leadership, operational processing, change management, client servicing, relationship management, business development, sales enablement, and marketing. Wouter joined Computershare in 2004. Paul joined Computershare in 2000 as Quality Manager and Customer Advocate, helping drive Computershare’s service quality, client satisfaction and retention programs. A senior member of the American Society of Quality, Paul has an extensive background in customer research and quality disciplines, including Lean and Six Sigma, as well as a degree in Operations Research. During his tenure at Computershare, he’s developed training, built voice-of-the-customer programs, coordinated major regulatory changes, managed various high performing teams, and led process improvement and executive level initiatives across multiple disciplines. More recently, Paul has held senior management positions within Issuer Services focusing on business strategy and performance as well as supporting multiple Computershare businesses in various regions around the world. David has been with Computershare for over 17 years and has spent his entire tenure in client facing roles. David’s current role focuses on issuers in the developmental to late stages of their business growth cycle across both public and private sectors. General Manager, Registry Services – Select Issuers
Eamon has been with Computershare for over 20 years. He is currently the General Manager for Registry Services, overseeing the day-to-day client management of public and private issuers in the Central Canada region. Prior to this role, Eamon was responsible for managing the Canadian Front Office team of the Corporate Actions business. For much of the past 15 years, Eamon has been managing and advising issuers on North American mergers/acquisitions, plan of arrangements, issuer buybacks, hostile offers, rights/subscriptions offers, and other corporate actions events. Eamon also has a great deal of experience managing and coordinating cross-border events, including inbound/outbound transactions out of Australia, Europe, South Africa, Hong Kong, and the United States. He has in-depth knowledge of how to navigate the global network of registrars, brokers, custodians, and central depositories, and the operational flow of cash and securities between them. Director, Corporate Actions and Asset Reunification
Helen is currently the Director of Corporate Actions and Georgeson Asset Reunification businesses. Helen has been with Computershare for over 30 years in progressively senior roles across the organization including Product Development, Operations, and Front Office. Prior to working at Computershare, Helen attended the University of Toronto and started her career in personal retail banking. Since coming to Computershare, Helen has worked extensively with key clients and partners with a focus on strategic planning, business development and growth, and stakeholder engagement. Amanda has been in the industry for more than 30 years and currently sits on the Securities Transfer Association of Canada (STAC) board. Amanda’s focus for many years was in the annual general meeting (AGM) space where she worked with the Relationship Management team and our development team on enhancing the AGM product as well as supporting the AGM process. In 2015, Amanda was promoted to General Manager and moved to the Registry team where she worked with the Central Region Front Office teams. Executive Vice President, Registry Services
Mark Kopelman is leading the front office growth initiatives for Computershare's North American Issuer Services business. In his prior role, he led Computershare's Private Markets business with a focus on providing essential equity, employee and governance services to private companies. Mark joined Computershare from Group Five, where he built on its heritage in providing clients insight via independent market research. Prior to joining Group Five, Mark led Broadridge's entry into the registry market where he held several senior positions. Mark also spent 18 years at RR Donnelley where he held leadership positions in Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Solution Development, Strategic Pricing and Operations, most recently in its Donnelley Financial business. Kevin leads business development across Computershare’s Enterprise segment and covers our Issuer Services portfolio. This includes M&A as well as Alternative Investment servicing. Kevin's role also includes driving client retention initiatives. Kevin’s initial role at Computershare was President of their North American Employee Plan Administration business. Prior to joining Computershare, Kevin was responsible for all business development, marketing and communication at BNY Mellon Shareowner Services. Kevin's professional affiliations include the Society of Governance Professionals, where he serves on the Securities Law Committee. He also is an active participant in The National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) where he was past Chair of the Service Provider Council. Kevin volunteers for The Bergen County Homeless Shelter and Food for the Poor and is a past Board member of One to World, sponsor of the Fulbright Awards.Mike Tuff

Mike joined Computershare in June of 2022 and he brings more than 20 years of enterprise sales and business development expertise within the Canadian capital markets. He is currently the Vice President Law Firm Business Development, Canada.
